For between your doctor visits, you have to decide if weighing daily or weekly is right for you. I do the daily weigh-ins because it keeps me honest. But, lots of people like the weekly weigh-ins.
I use a Tanita digital scale that I bought several years ago. It's very accurate and showing the last weight helps me to keep track of my progress.
the weight loss recorded at your doctors is brilliant and long may it continue
I myself would weigh at home and chart it so I can see a downward trend - I dont worry too much on what the figures actually are but seeing the downward slant on the chart really does help
then when you go to the doctors you will know whether to expect a sts or a loss
whatever you choose to do will be right for you and if its not you can change it
again a wonderful loss so my congratulations :)
