As for the gym, remember that lossing weight is 80% diet, 20% exercise. If you want to do workout, body weight exercises are an excellent option for home workouts. There are many things you can do. If you can't find anything on the web, send me an email and we'll go over some things.
I will keep in touch...busy b at home!! Take care all..

If you're weight training, you might gain weight. Since muscle weighs more than fat, don't worry too much about it.
As long as you're within your calorie range for your goals, you will be good. Don't eat too much, don't eat too little.
I've found that after weight training for as long as I have, that I can actually eat a lot more food! Since my diet consists of a lot more plant foods than before, it's gotten easy for me.
Just remember, the scale might distract you from what's important. Staying healthy and eating enough.
Good luck to you all!
I track it daily for the week, that on my offical day, I average it out on finding my true weight loss. This is new to me...and also a learning process as well.

I tried hard o break that sucker but he only buys good stuff even threw them down stairs.
he thought It would be nice as I was at the age girls want to look after themselves and I thought He was telling me I was fat. That is the moment I started my spiral down. I began to not eat breakfast and have only an apple for lunch then so hungry I pigged out at dinner and in evenings.
Heck I went to a diet group and gain weight because we had to publicly weigh in, so now what???
I only weigh at the doctors office and indulge myself after.
Stopping that now.

The nurse at the Bariatric clinic did say hormones do cause weight gain or for others loss, remember what hormones control. Thyroid, metabilism. so we work harder eat less and lose slower.
