I think it is really a scare tactic. Plus it depends a lot on how it is prepared. All things in moderation, like Rose said.

I am not sure I believe this. I do love chicken and fish, but I get sick of eating just these. I love the skin of chicken when it is cooked crispy. I find it hard to remove unless a recipe I am making calls for boneless and skinless.

Study or not. Hate the news media trying to scare us. Like rose mention,everything in moderation. I will eat veal or beef once a week.

I gave meat up. Mostly because it makes me feel sick especially red meat. So to me that alone is not worth health risks. Its been a learning process.
