ok, my last post was taken very offensive to certian people who shall remain nameless. Ok, I will try again, and just in advance if this certain person has anything to say negativley about my post or anyone elses responce, don't post here. Post in your journal or on the original t.v.
So I was watching t.v. the other night and a program was on about how obese people maintain there weight, and how the only differance between obese people and thin people is about 1000 calories. That is like a big mac meal super size. I didnt know how calories really added up like that.

It really is an eye opener, if you keep a calorie journal. You can find the calories of any food on the internet. In keeping a journal, you see how many calories you take in, in any given day. It will shock you. The old song still rings turn, for every calorie we take in, we MUST burn it off through activity or it becames added weight.

I have heard that saying before and it does make you think. It does me everything I think I want a Bg Mac. It even dounds good now but I think I need to eat breakfast first. LOL.

Ok I just had to see what you were talking about. I can't believe a simple comment about a tv show can cause such comments. I think we all need to be reminded to watch what and how much we put into our mouths. And I hope and pray that doesn't cause another debate. Love you.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
