I had stolen this idea from another weight loss stite and It keeps us focused and Positive with our efforts...So, let us share the reasons why we stay on plan everyday...

I will stay on plan because I want to wear normal size clothes

I will stay on plan because of becoming body pain free

I will stay on plan because....remove from medications

I will stay on plan because...I want a Latin Hunk boyfriend

I will stay on plan because....Fat name bullying will end

I will stay on plan because.....I want to rollerblade

I will stay on plan because....Medium size clothes are cheaper

I will stay on plan because...My facial hair will be gone

That is it for now, but knowing there are more to come...Let's keep this thread going!!

I will stay on plan because I feel better about myself when I'm in 'my' normal weight range.

I will stay on plan because I just bought 3 new(to me, got them at the thrift store) pairs of corduroy pants and I want to make sure they fit well!

I will stay on plan so I am HOT this summer when I see my friends :)

Liliann you are one hell of an amazing women. You show more strength and inspiration then most people i share my day to day life with. You are truly a blessing to this site and the people looking for that extra push of motivation. You make me want to stay on track. I wish you all the happiness and success in the world.
