I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
Eating lots of veggies everyday has helped me lose tons.
Sometimes I bake cabbage. at this moment I don't recall name of cabbage roll. I use canned mix veg's. I add the veg to already cooked brown rice cube cheese. then roll the rice mixture up into cabbage leaf. I use wooden tooth picks to hold wrap leaf together.I spray pan w butter flavored "Pam" then bake for 45 minutes on 350 until leaf is tender but firm enough to be able to hold it in my hands/eat w my hands. I use to bake cabbage rolls n tomatoe sause, yummy.
I freeze, lets say. 3 rolls out of 4. make/freeze single serveings.
I think that stir fry vegs n brown rice w/o sauce would be good as a baked cabbage roll. Yum, that sounds yummy.
I also like boiled cabbage w baby carrots.
For a few dys I'm haveing home made veggy stew. Today I'm haveing it on bed of brown rice. I wish that I had added brussel sprout in pot of stew, when makeing.
I'm stuck on mixed greens mixed w mixed veg's. It's like I can't get enough.
I use a chicken flavor bullion cube in 1 cup of water, n add up to 1/2 cup of the greens n mixed veggys n heat. It makes a soup.
I use canned mixed green n canned mixed veg. Frozen is healthier but would work as will as canned. I drain the canned mixed veg but I do not drain mix greens.
Thanks for reminding me of wonderful cabbage. my taste buds r danceing.
What I had learned from Weight Watchers motto years ago is on getting 5 fruits and 5 veggies in daily ..Its a workout on shredding the cabbage, but Ahh, so worth it..
Happy Healthy Eating!!! :)
