Should I tell my boyfriend honestly that if he doesnt get serious about losing weight I'm thinking of breaking up? I love him and I think he's still very attractive physically but he's 35 years old and has been carrying this weight for about 9 years. Actually he lost a lot, I hear, from people that knew him before me. He lost 100 pounds before this, unbelievably. My concern is he's going to get all kinds of health problems and keep getting depressed as he often gets from not treating his body better.
I've tried to tactfully bring up the subject and he gets real defensive. I kept my mouth shut til he went to the hospital for extremely high blood pressure and had me worried sick he would die. I felt guilty for not at least trying. He appears to possibly have sleep apnea but sort of laughed me off when I said he was showing symptoms of that. If I saw any improvement at all in the last year I've known him I would hang in there but he isn't exercising much anymore and his weight doesn't seem to change (I haven't asked how much he weighs).
I hope the answer for me is that there are good ways to approach this subject with someone that won't make him feel bad and might make him open to listening to me. I have a highly addictive personality like him and back in high school I had a food addiction but I learned a lot about my body and how I react to what types of food plus some diet "tricks" I want to share with him, plus be willing to work out with him or whatever else support would help. Even if I leave I can't bear to see him do this to himself. Should I give up or try again to say something, and what could I say? Thanks in advance

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

Stress will cause physical illness.
Giv him 3 months to gt tools from P-Dr P-Nurse to deal with un resolved issues tat he may not even be aware of. then 2 months into 3 months I would assist with him joining the newest weight watcher program.

Life is to short and whhan it comes right down to it people care only about them self at exspense of others.
My man knows that when he can't do anything foe him self, I will dump him into are facility r on his brother door steps.
Recently we separated so I don't care. will I do but it's no longer my concern that he helps himself. Only if he gets help and after 2 years I might date him.
I would tell him you're concerned for his health and that you can't just sit around and watch him destroy himself. You have to be blunt and honest with him even if it will hurt his feelings. But it will probably not be a very friendly conversation.
