Hey all!
I am looking for some good quick work outs at home.
I have a trampoline, a jump rope, and a stability ball. I do not have any weights and I really don't want to buy any.
My goal is to not have to go buy any extra things that I don't already have. I don't have a lot of money or time so I need quick, cheap and easy work outs.
I do have a Gym Membership through the company I work for and I am trying very hard to find someone willing to watch my child so I can go at least once a week, but so far it's not worked very well. I will keep trying to find someone to watch her, while continuing to do home work outs.
Have a lovely day all!!!
Thanks for the tips...

Home workouts are great. For weights you can use milk jugs with water, can veg, or anything else that has a little wt to it. Good Luck!

I not presently working out but because of having kids I found home workouts dvd I love mostly circuit training I found I love as I bore easily. I have Jillian Michaels mostly and Aubrey Calabrese. I did buy weights but other things work too. I had a gym membership before the home workouts but it was hard to go, and these workouts actually worked harder in 20min than 60 at the gym. I also love to hike with the kids and swim so for now doing that. Food is my problem so focusing on that till I lose a good 20lb then will do my 21 day fix. Good luck.

I don't know your daughter's age but perhaps you could do an activity that includes your daughter, extra bonus would be the quality time together, something like dancing, swimming or just playing in the park. Just a thought.

I use youtube and look at 20-30 minute videos when I cant get to the gym. They are fun, quick and there is variety. If I find one I like, I add it as a favorite. The dance videos are fun, you sweat a lot and feel like you had an amazing work out.

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...
