Hi everyone. I have struggled with being overweight my whole life. Fad diets, diet pills, counting calories and/or fat grams, damn near starving myself-- I've tried it all. I was feeling 100% uncomfortable and depressed when I started a new program in January.
It's called shred10 and its 10 days of shredding bad habits, and creating new healthy ones. Since then, I've done 6 shreds, and I have so much more energy, think clearer, sleep better, and I've lost 32 pds. I have more to go, but I'm motivated because this is actually working for me. Woohoo! No more acid reflux or neck pain, and I'm learning more about nutrition than I ever have before. There are private FB groups that help support me through the 10 day shreds, and every shred I do better, and feel better. :) Let me know if you want more info. about the program. It's awesome, and not a "diet", but truly a way of living. I'd love to help!
