Happy is when I actually excersice for the day I feel so new and rejuvinated. I feel like I can maybe actually do this thing.

Happiness is hopping on the scale and seeing it go DOWN, not UP! But true happiness, well, that's seeing my children's beautiful faces and having their little arms hug me. :)

Happiness my is when my daughter tells me mommy your beautiful no matter what size you are. Happiness is when I walk in the door and my son greets me as if I am the best thing in the world.
