Has anyone here who has lost a lot of weight ever, throughout their journey ever fluctuated up and down in their weight? I have done almost 100% of what I normally have done and lost a lot but believe if it wasn't up then down so much I would be making more progress.
Since then I've been stuck between 158-162. I go up and down between those numbers. Can't seem to get lower than 158 :(
