I was talking to my husbands family about a trip to NY for my fathers funeral.My husband pipes in and says we had to get two seats on the plane because she is such a fat ass.I had to hang up the phone I can not stop crying.I just want to get on a plane and not come back.Why are people so mean .I have to make some changes soon or this is going to kill my spirt.I was never mean to a living thing all my life.I just do not understand people anymore.
You shouldn't allow anyone to talk to you like that, to eavesdrop, then interrupt you on the phone.
I hope you get the apology that you're owed, and are feeling better soon.

Regarding the seat belts, it doesn't matter if you need an extender. To me, that is only proof that the quality of the plane is poor, and the airline has been cheap and skimped in order to fit more seats in. It is bad customer service that you need to even ask for an extender, the seats should be made large enough in the first place - the news is always whining on about the so-called "obesity epidemic", why haven't companies caught onto the fact that lots of people are now fat? The morality is irrelevant, the companies should be catering for their customers and providing what we need and we should not have to ask.
