Today was not a good they took me to far low again and so they increased my thyroid medicine from 5 to 10 mg.Which I can, but yesterday my husband lost his job over the accident we had almost 2weeks ago. He has been driving a big truck for 36years and this is his first wreck and we didn't even hit anybody. He stopped short of hitting someone who pulled out in front of us and the load shifted. I think we did darn good by not hitting anybody. Any way so for now we have no job and so we are on a really tight budget. The doctor wanted me to go see a health coach but now with no insurance that won't happen. But I will have plenty of time to walk.

Hi Snippy: So sorry to hear that your husband lost his job; any excuse at all today, employers will let people go. Def no job security anymore. Just take one day at a time, and hopefully everything will improve. You are right walking is good. I walk everyday and feel so much better. My best to you and your husband, and also hope your thyroid condition will get better. It is tough with no insurance....

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
