I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
Don't eat too little!
If you are eating from stress try going for a 15 minute walk or calling a friend. Get yourself out of the kitchen and onto another activity. Journal about what your feelings are in regard to your desire to binge.
I didn't know that late after dinner snacks was binging.
I was taught to have after dinner desert, 30 minute to 2 hrs after dinner. & we normally would have pop corn, ice cream n/r cake, while watching a movie before bed time.
That's liken to being taught in school n at home to take mid day n after school naps, n to have snack after we arrive in from school.
Things that r ingrained in our minds/lives.
I don't know if these things r binge ing.
I know that instead of lrg meals, we should eat a little bit here n there throughtout the day.
During so called mid night refg raid,I noramally have original fiber one cereal dry n 20oz of ice water, r trail mix 20oz of ice water r single serveing size pk of oatmeal water 1/2 cup of coffee n/r I pig out on white seedless grapes r salad.
Couple mo's ago, I couldn't stop myself from eatting 24/7. I even dreamed of food. That freaked me out.
A blade of grass has cal's. I can gain weight by just eatting too much salad n not walking.
Walking being my form of exercise.
I never get hungry but come late evening, oh my the urges to plow through foods like a vaccumm is overwelming.
I don't know if that is binge eatting n/r how I was taught.
I keep my refg stocked w bowls of veggies n pre maded salads n jello that has fruit in it, n fruits, n pot of home made veg soup r brown soup beans.
I like chick peas, shreeded carrots, raw vegs, white grapes tossed into luttace salad. I use dark olive oil n spices to make salad dressing. I also use the dressing as a dip.
I'm still learning n want to know more about bingeing. my body not in starve mode.
Serenity. I crave foods at 3PM r 11PM r 3AM.
for yrs we ate at or near 3PM. then later in life I would get in late from work. I would eat at or near 11PM. for 20 yrs my formor when we were married. he would arrive in from work at 1 or 3 AM. more so than not we would go out to eat. Sigh.
could this be reason that I so want to eat during these hrs or is it bingeing ?
2. Practice self control..You can eat normal and have mini treats, if you can learn on having 1 single portion and stop..It will be okay.
3. Get Moving!! Stay active and do fitness you enjoy doing and make it a daily habit of it..
Good luck with your efforts!!

Another thing that has really made a difference for me is sensa. I have been using it on my food for a month now and I have consistently lost weight for the past 4 weeks. Before then, I struggled alot, some weeks I could lose, others I would gain and it was frustraiting. I was lacking that satisfaction from food and it really works for me. It doesn't make you full, it just helps with the sensation of being satisfied with what I have. Its weird how it works and I can tell a huge difference when I forget to use it. It does wear off after awhile and they tell you to switch to the next pack. I don't know if I could have lost weight for 4 weeks in a row without it. Its worth every penny to me.
The eating every hour during my binge vulnerable times helped me too. I have not been binging like I used to. I used to get so hungry and couldn't stand it that I would eat til it hurt. It was a vicious cycle of trying my best to stay within my points, I would last maybe 2 or 3 days then a binge was almost guarenteed. I hope this helps.
