Thanks for the info. I'm just having the hardest time getting motivated. It makies it hard cause I have a thyroid disease but I'm trying not to let that influence ne.

have a good look round the website as it has a forum and there are several people on there with thyroid issues so you should find some support
the app only gives access to part of the site the website to all of it :)
