hi,

I have been reading here for a while, but I dont think I have posted.

Ive been obese most of my life. It sucks. I love food, but i hate it.

my b/f met me over a year ago and ive put on 2 stone wtf is up with that.

I use food as a coping device, and now as a habit.

I try to restrict it - either healthily or not, I do well and then as soon as I start to have people mention it, or as soon as I am feeling good I go and blow it.

Within 1 week I gained almost 1 stone 2 weeks ago. I seem to gain and lose that stone constantly.

Anyway - I book our holiday in july and im determined that this is my last time being fat.

I aim to lose a little each week.

I have to take control and stop this sick obbsession ruining my life.

Its not an exotic trip, we are going to England, blackpool to a caravan resort.

But its really geared to kids andI want to be able to wear a swimsuit everyday.

So its focussed attitude for me from now on.

I've gained weight since being with my significant other as well. I guess it is just that whole comfort level that you have with them.
I used to restrict food too. I finally lost a ton of weight and felt good about myself. Then I totally binged and gained TWICE the weight back. Ugh.
