I am 2 years out. Aug 22nd. I go in for a 2 year followup soon. I have gained some back and my 34 jeans are getting real snug. I can eat almost anything. I can't eat as much but i get nervous and hungry during the day. I feel like eating something every 2 to 3 hours. I worry about getting out of hand with all of this. Hope I get some encouragement at my appt. next week. lazerlenny

Sounds like you have something in your life that is bothering you that makes you nervous and wanting to eat. Try journaling to get to your feelings and what is bothering you so you won't want to turn to food.
And, what I do, is put a photo of myself on the frig at my largest size and remember what it felt like. I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING......AND YOU DON'T EITHER!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

I am tired all the time. Thought it was from the cancer surgery in Nov. Maybe not. I will check it out.
