So, I'm very confused as to how many calories I should be eating daily. I have tried calculating my BMR and going from there, but it varies SO much from source to source. Some places say I should be eating 1700 cal/day, some say 1500, some even say 2000 (which kind of scares me, how could that be right??)!! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks :)
