I have nerve pain in my face and right side of head. I have burning, stinging, tingling and numbness and sometimes have shooting pains. I have recently developed a sort of twitching sensation under my skin on the right side of my cheek and lower eyelid. Can this be part of the Neuropathy? I am very frightened by these new symptoms. I don't hear people talk about this type of pain. It happens sometimes when I touch that area, chew, or move my head. Does anyone have any of these type symptoms. I am seeing a new neurologist, but not till April,

Sounds like what I have, but I have these in my feet and legs. I really didn't find out what I had for a very long time. It wasn't until yesterday when I saw a neurologist. Try not to be frightened there seems to be a good deal of people here that can give some good encouragement to you.

hi...i have face and teeth pain. sometimes i get twitching around my mouth and jaw. i asked my neuro about it and he said twitching around the eye and mouth area is common, not just with nerve pain.

do you have trigeminal neuralgia? do you have teeth pain? when did it start? are you taking any medication?
