I was just wondering how many of you have gotten one of these and how it was done and if it helped any for your pain.

I used to get these years ago and don't recall them working. I suffered back pain for years and years but now I am pain free. After all the years of suffering I think it was related to feet issues. I would suggest seeing someone in your area that works with spine and sports rehab to see if they can help. The feet are sometimes the root of all back pain.

I had a cervical spinal epidural today for billateral hand pain possibly resulting from stenosis.

No relief yet, but they told me it could take 3 to 5 days and maybe 3 injections.
