Yes, you can heal from this ridiculously intrusive condition. You can reach me at 203 898 1685. This is what I believe from personal experience...
I believe Narcolepsy is autoimmune.. If you want to heal from within you may need to think outside the box...
Steps:
1. Gluten Free Diet (Provigil has Gluten)
2. Are you away from your parents? Are you independent? Being around parents enforces childish behavior patterns that may limit you.
3. www.neuromodulationtechnique.com or www.nmt.md (find a local or distance healing practioner as you feel comfortable. The Founder, Leslie Feinberg, does distance treatment that is well worth it..
4. Stay positive and say thanks every day for your healing.
5. (optional) EMDR will help get rid of any fears that keep arising as your body continues its healing journey. The worst times for me were in the morning.
If you follow these steps you will have a paradigm shift and never be the same. Attitude is important to support the body's process. You are loved by a source greater than you. If you follow these steps your world will be transformed. I am willing to lend any support that I can.

I totally understand that. If you keep a positive attitude about everything, the body does somewhat turn around and heal itself. Gluten free, ah that figures, the provigil is actually helpful a little bit. I believe that everything is only as bad as you want it to be, but it may also be different for some people. Everyones' structures are different, but we can all heal in the same way. Yes, and there is a greater source in the heavens...

hi, just thought i would say, have tried the gluten free diet, and when i came off the provigil i slep for 4 days and nights and was totally dysfunctional. i have severe narcolepsy with cataplexy, however i do understand your suggestions, but i have responsibilities to a son with autism that i cannot ignore- so have to take the meds! however, i have done the clear-out of negative people in my life and that did improve things for me bit. x

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
