The last time I called xyrem for my refill, I asked if a rep could come on line and talk to people. They said they could not because it was a controled substance. The only place to go is there web site.

Several years ago when I was on Xyrem, I distinctly recall them telling me to call them if I had any questions or problems. Well, I did call at one point with a question and they put me through to their pharmacist. Then she told me they could not answer any patient questions and we had to direct all inquiries to our sleep specialist.

So Xyrem left a bad taste in my mouth for two reasons. Not taking it anymore due to the side effects.
