Glad you found something that helps you temporarily!
And you are so right. Different treatments seem more effective for different people.
I've been going to a friends hot tub and found just doing gentle movement to be very helpful. I believe I should become a mermaid, no pain for me in the water.
This past week I went to the arthritis aqua class the morning after my treatment. Bad mistake. I thought it would help. But apparently my muscles are already taxed and so it was too much. I've had a setback since. I even pulled a muscle in my back yesterday which I haven't done for a couple of months. And that has my legs all flared.
