Do you have stretching exercises you can do? Even travelling in our old RV I have to get up, then sit back down and do "rag doll stretches'. Simple but quite effective. The PT I've seen gave me a few stretches which have made a world of difference.
on a fibro network that is just research (No ads in their magazine) they suggested creatine powder that you mix with juice. Its what body builders use before a heavy workout. The creatine has been researched for fibro and parkinsons disease. Has cut my pain 30-40%. Of course most days, can't decide if its fibro or MPS that's doing me in. Creatine can be had at most health food stores.
