I agree with you and Tink about reading a chapter a week. I started my pain diary yesterday the same way you did, at breakfast, lunch and before bed. I was trying to keep a journal, but I was not doing it faithfully. I would really like this to become a habit, so I can see the patterns that form. The support that I can get from all of you here is more then I can ask for. I think a group effort on this could really be beneficial to us all.
