since I started myofascial release therapy and Watsu. Really. I used to be 5'8". Then I shrank to 5'7", 5'7 1/4" on a good day. When I went to see my new pain management doctor they weighed (eek) and measured me. They jammed that metal tongue down on the top of my head and afterwards I checked it myself: 5 foot 7 3/4 inches. Don't know the reason, but congratulations. Your post made me smile, because I always say I'm 5'4'' on a good day, people may laugh but that's what it feels like - it's good to know I'm not the only one

There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
