Today I saw a video on another technique that could aid in this. I'll go back and find it and post it to this thread.
Thanks for the reminder. I often do just what you talked about and forgot this method. The other one I employ is a half lunge, squat, bendy/reach thing. Seems to be ok for me but don't ask for more explanation than that. It's just something that developed out of need.
