I too am lactose intolerant. I am undergoing dry needling regularly and have FM and MPS. I have found I cannot eat meat much so I try to eat nuts and I eat a ton of fruit and some veggies. I do believe my body system is improved without meat. I do worry about protein and think I will go back to Morningstar products. I think they have some that are gluten free. So, I am not a vegetarian but eat almost no meat and just a little fish - bite or two. My body rebels when my mind thinks of meat. Do not know why so I figure I will just roll with it. I do feel fine and do not notice a decline in energy. Hope you feel better!!!! Holly
