1. sugarless gum gets saliva production going. I do this!
2. Lots of awter ( a given)
3. Non-alcohol based mouthwash. I get the Target brand with no alcohol. It makes a difference. The alcohol in the regular mouthwash with dry out your mouth.
I know what you're saying.
It sounds like you're doing everything right to help, I don't have any magical solutions (sorry). Are the side effects worse than the meds? Are both likely to be taken for a long time? It sounds like you might need to go back to your doctor to discuss it all, as biting the tongue and mouth isn't good.
