If you are interested in this progtram, I would recommend buying the book Pain Free A Revolutionary Method for Stopping Chronic Pain by Pete Egoscue. The book will give you an understanding of the premise behind the Egoscue Method, which is "Unless treatment addresses underlying musculoskeletal dysfunctions, pain relief can be only temporary".
