One thing I have found and did not fully realize is how much even minor depression can play a role in how we function each day. I'm not sure if you have or had talked about depression with your primary care doctor, but it plays a larger role than I would have ever thought, I have never had a problem with it in the past.
Recently I relented and started taking Wellbutrin and am amazed at how much that has helped, I feel better and have more energy. Not all AD meds give this type of energy boost but apparently Wellbutrin does.
I don't know if you have looked into this possibility but would encourage you to consider talking with your doctor about the possibility of depression. One thing I was told and did not realize is that when we are exposed to prolonged illness, stress or pain that some level of depression is highly likely to develop, it's just a matter of biology.
As part of the long term managment tools to live with a chronic illness I feel that the possibility of depression and appropriate treatments should be considered.
I hope you find the best solution that works for you Terry
Take care

I am lucky that I am able to work even after generalizing.
I have been taking 1000 mg of Cellcept since the first of the year. I foolishly did not real the label as I should have been taking 2000. a day.
Now that I am weaning of the prednisone and down to 20 mg I am taking 2000. mg of Cellcept a day.
I am so sorry some of you are doing so poorly but wanted newbies to know there is hope. Some of us respond to medication.
I want to continue to work because I love my job and what I do, but some days I feel like I'm going to collapse and don't have the vacation time or sick leave to go home. I have no ideas about how to get through it but I'm hoping to learn from what others offer up here.
Thank you for bringing this post forward again. Big hugs to everyone.

I know we each have our daily struggles, prayers to all.
