It is difficult for a lot of us. Especially if you get cold enough to get the shivers.
Rain is hard for some of us too.
Heat is usually the worst for most though.
I think the trick is to keep your body comfortable!

For me give me cold any day over this hot/humid weather. I usually do just fine with the cold weather but I also have some extra padding to help.

Most of us do better with cold than heat, but I hate to be cold, and I don't have a fur coat . . .like my cat.does ;-). b.
MG may be why I always loved Canadian winters!
