...working to find an mg doc but in limbo.
Now I feel the start to a cold coming on and it makes me nervous because my chest already hurts from it. I have a great pcp but he doesnt know mg. I dont know where to turn right now if the cold gets bad.
I would suggest drink extra fluids to flush out your system, get extra rest and eat healthy.
Myself and a few others on here have had luck with product called airborne- it does have magnesium which can affect some MGers depending on the dose so if you use this start with small dose. I also have good luck with Echinacea- it shortens the course of a cold.
good luck to you!
There has been a post or two about cold meds to take or to avoid on this site. Maybe you can find them in the search area.
Watch your symptoms for any worsening and take necessary measures.
I hope that you recover quickly from this cold without any complications.
