MG makes it difficult to exercise and we can lose muscle mass from inactivity.
There may be some other problem unrelated to MG that is causing this to happen. Sometimes we tend to blame everything that is happening on MG and fail to look to other causes.
In any case, you should talk to a GI specialist to make sure what is happening is understood and the problem solved.
