When it is worse my head falls forward and I cannot raise it.
This is way past mestinon time. I need to be in the ER as it goes with everything being weak including breathing muscles. Marie
Resting my chin on one hand is definitely no help in typing and clonking the back of my head on the tub when I lean back because I've misjudged my neck strength is a sure sign of needing more treatment.
(For those undiagnosed, a "for example" is more helpful to the neuro than just saying something is weak and calluses where you habitually lean is physical evidence.) b.
