I think some symptoms are not put on the "list of symptoms" because we don't always tell the neuro all of our symptoms. (I seem to always touch on the most severe symptoms at the time).

Wikipedia speaks of it as it being a given it seems? In a roundabout way, as they mention:
"Pyrostigmine bromide is contraindicated in cases of mechanical intestinal or urinary obstruction"
You will need to be able to pee very well? - lol

I think it has something to do with the muscle strength. I never had this problem before my Dx.
