Thank for your request, i will try to make as simple is possible to be understood.
there are 2 components of my blog, one as to do with one harth, the second as to do with mg and the underlying relation
TAQUICARDIA has to do with the harth rate, OVERAL:L normaly max 200 bepm min 5bpm avg 75bpm.
SINUS RHYTM max 119bpm , min 56 bpm, avg 75 bpm.
in both the hart rate is what decide your condition, both mean accelerate reta wich may reach alarming stage.
my range was mn hr of 5bpm, max of 20 bpm and a avg hr of 75bpm, predominant underlying thytm was sinus rhytm.
thos figures apply to a person with hart condition DUE TO STRESS AND FATIGUE,
we mg's in our conditions we have the same condition prevaling, stress and fatigue,
this is the relation and underlying condition beetwen hart problems and mg
this is why i allways reitered the need to fully control stress and fatigue (activities) .

Glad you are doing better! It must have been a very worrisome time.
I did a search on myasthenia gravis and heart rhythms and found that in some folks there is a connection, although if I read it correctly, mostly those who have thymomas. It appears that some antibodies in certain folks with MG can attack the heart.

Andre reminds us that we should be aware of heart issues and although they may or may not be connected with MG, some simple EKG tests by our doctor can discover if we have them.
The heart has its own pacemaker that sets the rhythm and muscle response of the beats and there are many things that can mess that up making our heart beat irregularly or inefficiently, which can cause problems as Andre had.
And he also reminds us that whatever happens after our vaccination, doctors report it to the adverse events reporting system whether or not it is caused by the vaccine. Then researchers go through the reports and attempt to figure out based on large numbers of reports if they are vaccine related or not. That is why reading the individual adverse events reports is not very valuable, whereas studying the overall reports is. Tying the vaccine to anything that happened in the next few days is not necessarily cause and effect.
If I drive home from my vaccine and am in a car accident, it may be reported, but may be completely unrelated as to cause of the accident. Yet it may be reported in the adverse events to see if 1000s of folks all have accidents after their vaccine.

Thanks for your response yuo made it even clearer for all to understand
severe , extreme fatigue, exacerbation are all connected to myasthenia and heart problems, stress and tyredness (fatigue, exarcerbation)
so please be carefull talk tour neuro as well a cardiologist, and as i have tryed for years to advise that the biggest treat when have in mg, is the stress and fatigue and that needs to be controled not to put added stremgth on our heart functionsnothing to do with the meds
