twitching pinky finger

hello,

i am a diagnosed mg pt ,had a thoracoscopic thymectomy last november on suspition of thymoma, but was non).I am doing quitte wel post surgery but the last week i am having this weird twitching in my right hand more precicely the pinky finger .does anyone had this it is freeking me out

Are you taking Mestinon? Twitching is associated with its use. I have twitching, it seems in bouts, and I think many around here have and do. I wouldn't worry too much. Take care.

yes 4 times 60 mg a day when i'm having bad days
but mostly i get by on 3 since the operation that is

Mestinon is your likely culprit. Don't be surprised by cramping that can happen!

is it maybe better to lower my dose maybe take half a pill at a time?

Taking the right dose of Mestinon varies from person to person. Finding the right dose and keeping the levels in your blood consistent help avoid twitching and cramping, which are symptoms I get as it is wearing off.

since the discovery that my body was acting weird in 2011 i am really easely freaked.I am terrified that something like ALS is lurking around the corner
