anyways, my symptoms started with losing my voice, but after 3 years of that going on and off, i saw an EMT, who said everything looked fine. he sent me to see a neurologist who did an EMG (negative), but he had me do the blood tests: AChr (positive, about 10 times higher than accepted) and Anti Musk (negative). also, VERY low Vit D levels (i take 10 000 iu/ day for 2 months). but in January 2017 the symptoms increased in number: slurred speach (i am an elementary school teacher and i sound like i'm drunk), stiff tongue and pain and twitch and spasms bellow the chin. i get this pretty often, because of stress, cold weather (although ice packs help) and especially when i fight infections (sinus and urinary infections). i take my Mestinon 60 mg/3 times a day, but when infections are really bad, since i don't take antibiotics because i suffer from too many allergies, i take i medical leave. 2-5 days, it depends. i sleep, i keep my mouth shut, relax and i get better.
also, sometimes i get arms and legs weakness. it's the symptom that i get less often (1-2 times a week).
so, hang in there everyone! and keep sharing! it's good for everyone:)

I have CMG (congenital mysthenia gravis) which took a lifetime of doctors telling me nothing was wrong till one finally ran this other test and declared I have had it all my life. This AM i woke up with a weak tongue and looking for an MG site when I saw the post above. I don't know if that person is still a member but I wanted to inform her that just because the dr. says you don't have mg doesn't mean you don't have it. In fact I hope everyone on this site who has MG symptoms will remember this and not let the DR. give you a negative diagnosis till he runs both tests. Pateints need to bring these phsyicians up to date. We
