My handwriting has gone to the dogs (and I'm left-handed so it was a little different to begin with)
So...like most elements of this quirky syndrome, no easy answer! I'm sorry that it scared you, and was bad enough to send you to the ER. When it happens, I keep telling myself, "Hey, that's a GOOD sign that my muscles are really working today!" I gotta laugh...helps keeps the anxiety away. We WILL get through this.
