A therapist told me once that steps are 7 times harder on the body than walking. Not sure what that means but giving up steps really helps me.
What you are describing in your chest concerns me. If I felt that way right now...I woud go to ER. Anytime I have any sensation at all in my chest that is danger zone for me.

I worked hard yesterday getting my chickens moved to the winter coop. Today along with the cold weather, my throat feels like you said, Connie, like it is caving in along with my lungs feeling like they are made of clay.
