After having MG for 8 months, additional tests showed that I had hypogonadism (defective testicles that didn't put out testosterone). This change happened to me some time with or before the MG as I was normal most of my life (diagnosed at age 65). I began testosterone replacement to bring my levels to low normal. A few months later MG went into remission and has stayed there.
I always wondered if there was any connection between testosterone levels and MG. This article says maybe. Just in case, I recommend men with MG get their testosterone level checked. The testosterone helped me regain muscles lost with the inactivity of MG. I still take it 5 years later and still am in remission. My neuro and endocrinologist don't think MG and testosterone levels are connected, but as my endoctrinologist told me "when your testosterone (or other hormones) are out of balance, lots of strange things can happen in your body."

nothing worked for me, at the time my endo told me to stop the treatment my testasterone where at 115 and droping. no solution in site.
she advise me that since their is no corelation with mg, that the problem will become, since losing my testasterones be expose to cancer .
and has with women we man have the same protections, it is called FREE TESTASTERONES levels should be 30mgs,
so my solution and agrement with my endo i started workink taken supplements, and food for testasterones.
at this time my free testasterones are beetwen 30 and 35, and to tell you people the truth, i feel good, and not worry that i may fall to some form of cancer.
so like russ stated it doesnt feel any corelation , i can certified that fact.
the last test that my endo asked my testaferones where 75mgs, but my free testasterone where 35.
so for you man with the same situation, dont feel despair, there is allways a rainbow at the end
