Maybe it would help to keep a journal and figure out if it just happens or if it is unwittingly triggered by something you forgot.
Check with your neuro; a slight change might make all the difference.

IT could be.... too much Mestinon. something to talk about with your neuro. The only way I figured it out was to let it wear off completely and see how I felt. I'm still figuring it out (LOL) however, it was an aha moment when I went 7 hours one day without it. I had commpltely forgotten to take it because I felt ok. Wish I had more of those days, and it was just one, but I used to be on 90mg every 3 hours, and now I'm between 30-60 every 3 to four (or longer) hours.
