in references of what vit. help with mg. i can mentione the following being the most important vit. 2.5, as a mg patient with chronic vit d defficiency. i am taknig hi doses recomented by my endo and neuro, to bring the minimum to a rate of aound 6ongs, daily
vit d is the most importnt vit. for protection of bones as with mg. muscle start to loose their forms and bone are suceptibles to beakcage
