Someone sent me this blog. It its about pacing oneself. You get 12 spoons a day, it depends on how you use your spoons. I notice Ann Kemp called it using up her nickels.

I love this theory because it really is the easiest way to explain it.

When theories are so simple , me being me ha ha I think there is more to the story however this does " simplify " in my type "A " personality. Good link , Dee.

The spoon theory has been used a lot by those in the autism community. It fits so many including those with lupus, muscle dystrophy, and of course MG.

For many the number of spoons available varies quite a bit. Some days it may be that there are no spoons available from the get go.
Other days you start with more but they are gone by noon.

Personally I think some drop into a black hole that is powered by a huge suction machine that just pulls them away from us. All it takes is a really hot day to melt mine completely. Marie
