Anytime we notice symptoms getting worse, that means our underlying MG is not controlled, and likely is progressing. These warning signs are not just to take more mestinon, but to make sure we are being treated to reverse the neuromuscular junction damage.
Taking more mestinon will likely work to help with the symptoms, but only to a point, and then we too often crash very hard.

Good luck, and remember, if you symptoms are getting worse, you really need to be pro-active--report to your doctor and get your treatment adjusted. MG is not one of those diseases where you can wait to see if the problem goes away.
