Pulled muscles??

Do any of you find that you get pulled muscles very frequently while doing only minor movements? I pulled a muscle in my lower back monday while putting a sock on (while sitting!) and now this morning in my upper back without provocation. Is this related to myasthenia?

I think what happens with MG is that since our normally used muscles tire rapidly, we tend to use others, normally not needed to support the tired ones and those get the strains as they are not used to the stretching. Trying to hold up my head sometimes seemed to give me other symptoms that didn't seem like they should be head related, but probably were back and other muscles that kicked in to help out the tired neck ones.
This idea of muscles tiring and compensation by other muscles probably creates a lot of strained muscles.
