Hi everyone, so far I have just been INCREASING my prednisone, but as I continue to consult surgeons on an upcoming thymectomy along with a myriad of other complications too complicated to even begin to explain, Ive been made aware that before surgery i will need to taper down my prednisone to no more than 20 mg per day, I am currently at 60 so my question is .. how slow/quick can that happen? What are the effects on your body that make it so difficult? Is it MG related or otherwise? Thanks!
