CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH THE ALLERGIES THAT COMES WITH PREDNISONE. I HAVE BUMPS POPPING EVERYWHERE.

The prednisone is a challenge -- it forces you to be healthier! My Dr. warned me about eating "sweets and biscuits" because they will mess with my sugar and turn to fat. Also the blood pressure is awry, so I have to watch salty and fried foods. No soda pop. No cookies or cake. Prednisone sometimes makes me go on eating binges, and crave bad food. I would not survive long around an unlimited supply of chocolate.

I eat a ridiculous amount of bran when I take my meds, because I take ten pills every morning and don't want them sitting down there unaccompanied. Also I drink a lot of water. Bland is good.

The acne is caused by infections of the sweat glands, so I suggest you keep a bottle of rubbing alcohol nearby so you can wet down a napkin with it and clean off all the oils from your face, back of neck and ears. Back acne seems to be a special problem with Prednisone, but I've never had it.
