I eat a ridiculous amount of bran when I take my meds, because I take ten pills every morning and don't want them sitting down there unaccompanied. Also I drink a lot of water. Bland is good.
The acne is caused by infections of the sweat glands, so I suggest you keep a bottle of rubbing alcohol nearby so you can wet down a napkin with it and clean off all the oils from your face, back of neck and ears. Back acne seems to be a special problem with Prednisone, but I've never had it.
