hey, guys! so, the cold weather seems to have settled in this part of the world (Romania) and, like every year, i am getting frostbites. my toes are frozen, no matter what i wear and my finger nails are blue. i am shaking all day long and the only thing that gets me warmed up are hot baths. the irony, right? so, i take a hot bath every day at noon, as soon as i get home from school. i must mention that the weather is not that cold, 2-10 degrees Celsius (35-50 F) and normal people are ok.
i have a low blood pressure, 90/60, so any medication to help blood flow will make it lower, and my pulse pulse is between 45-65. i am seeing a diagnostician on monday, but i was wondering if any of you are struggling with poor blood circulation. what natural remedies, and not only, have you tried?
Sometimes feeling cold is due to anemia. Sometimes due to thyroid condition. You should have blood tests to make sure that your levels are OK. I have to take thyroid medicine and that helps me.
